    The Journey 2016-17 of LVB completed with a high note and with great achievements’. The total Business Mix ended with Rs. 54,589.87 as on 31st March, 2017. The Total Business has gone up from Rs. 45,249.58 Crs as on 31st March, 2016 to Rs. 54,589.87 as on 31st March, 2017 with an increase of Rs. 9340.29 Crs. registering the highest growth so far in the Bank at a growth rate of 20.64% perhaps one of the best since its inception. One more step of crossing Rs.50,000 Crs towards the goals of 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100 thousand crores. “No Goal is too long to reach”

We are happy to inform that our 34th General Body Meeting and 15th Biennial Conference & Valediction of GOLDEN JUBILEE Celebration held in Chennai on 22nd and 23rd October 2016 concluded with happy note that , it is the best among the best General Body Meeting ever conducted.

The Conference began on 22nd morning by 10.00 am with a Blood Donation & Eye Donation Camp by “The Association of Voluntary Blood Donors (Tamilnadu)” & “Shankar Netralaya” For Blood camp Egmore Children’s Hospital Staff have coordinated. About 86 LVBians Blood Donated & 93 LVBians were donated the Eye. Both have concluded by 3.30 pm.The Chief Guest Sri. Gurumurthy, Eminent scholar, Corporate Adviser & Economic Analyst and Sri. Parthasarathi Mukherjee Our MD have arrived the hall by 5.10pm. Com.Harvinder Singh, General Secretary, AIBOC, Com.R. Sekaran, Secretary AIBOC, T.N State unit, Com.Dr.V.Chidambara kumar, President, AIPSBOF and Com. R Raamamoorthy, General Secretary, LVBEU have also joined.Sri. Gurumurthy in his keynote addressed, he explained about the song sung by Mrs.Smitha, stating that it was sung by Smt .M.S.Subalakshmi the legendary singer on her birth centenary. The song was composed by Sri Sri. Kanchi Paramachariya and explained the meaning of the song and informed it will the opt for this functionIn India that the family business should be removed from house holding savings and the people has to spend more for improve the business. The sociology of India is Savings Percentage is more & spending percentage is less. The people of India have social responsibility, culture respect etc. The American culture, life style, and percentage of borrowing were on non traditional. Com.Harvinder Singh in his inaugural speech, he has appreciated and congratulated the office bearers of the association for conducting the function in a grand manner. He complimented our association journey will be a eye opener for the many other Bank’s organisations. Sri. Parthasarathy Mukherjee, our Bank MD & CEO in his speech he has narrated about his family back ground and his experience in banking industry.He emphasized the welfare measure of employees will depend on the progress of the institution. He thanked the OA for extending the invitation for the great function.
